SCOUT BAR POLICIES FOR LOCAL BANDS – PLEASE READ!!!!
The schedule for almost ALL local lineups goes as follows:
Load in: 7pm
Doors: 8pm
Opener: 10-10:40pm
Middle: 11-11:40pm
Headliner: Mid-1am
If there is a 4th band they generally play from 9-9:40pm
*If a sound check is required, you must make prior arrangements with whomever you booked the show with.
SCOUT BAR RULES **NO EXCEPTIONS**
- No Drinks Outside of Bar
- No Smoking on stage or in dressing rooms
- If you play over your alloted time the engineer will be forced to cut you off
- Set change is 20 minutes. Please move quickly so the next band starts on time.
- All bands must be loaded out by 2:15am
- If you are planning on using your own engineer or lighting desinger it must be approved prior to show date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All unsigned acts, be sure and contact our booking department before you send CD’s/Press Kits.NO UNSOLICITED DEMOS PLEASE!!!
